Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to support real-time business decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and performance.
• Monitor loss prevention and audit compliance.
• Lead areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to build cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with product information and assistance.
• Communicate priorities and KPIs to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store and regional leadership.
