Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead in-store sales and service, build client relationships, and promote a strong sales culture. You’ll stay current on apparel knowledge, advise on fit and use, and contribute to merchandising and events to enhance the shopping experience.

You will mentor part-time and seasonal staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive KPIs and profitability through exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in retail store management.
• 2 years’ experience in a client services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat client relationships.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel including fit, fabric, and use.
• Assist with product/visual merchandising to drive sales and a cohesive outfit.
• Support store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
