Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Comfortable using standard word processing, spreadsheets and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Lead and develop associates to meet productivity and service targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric approach.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver strong customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory flow, and shipment processing.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand-aligned replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
