• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and ensure staff compliance.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure store areas are clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
