Job summary

Family Dollar in Paducah, KY is seeking a Store Manager to lead store team, assist customers, and drive sales. You will oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will safeguard assets, manage community relations, and enforce policies while implementing direction from HQ. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
