Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, cash handling and loss prevention awareness needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service leadership and oversee cashiering at the register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
