Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage, work with store management and crews, and supervise the store’s crew.
• Direct and follow up on all activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality; ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly/promotional merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
