Job summary

Goodwill Omaha is seeking an enthusiastic team member to support sales floor and production areas. You will learn cashier and production associate duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

In this role you may cover multiple areas, assist with onboarding, and act as a key holder when needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Computer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform all Cashier and Production Associate functions in the retail store.
• Provide back-up support in all areas for vacations/staff shortages.
• Provide excellent service to customers, donors, fellow associates and participants.
• May act as key holder if required.
• Participate in the new hire onboarding process as necessary.
• Make decisions on product quality and price items accordingly; researching value as necessary.
• Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position.
• Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants.
• Other duties as assigned.
