Job summary

Goodwill Omaha is seeking a Production Associate I for the West Center Store in Omaha, NE. This part-time role handles accepting donations and processing/sorting donated goods to be sold on the retail floor, supporting a welcoming, efficient storefront environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility in hours, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on accuracy in pricing and presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service, warehouse, production experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors in unloading items and pre-sort donations.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors.
• Inspect, hang, sort and tag clothing and donations per policy.
• Process, price and distribute hard lines.
• Stock shelves and ensure the floor is fully stocked with new product.
• Maintain safety and cooperate with team.
