Job summary

Goodwill Omaha in Elkhorn, NE seeks a part-time retail associate to conduct efficient sales transactions while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers with purchases, manage pricing where allowed, operate the POS system, handle cash, and ensure the drawer balances at shift end.

You will stock shelves, organize the floor, maintain cleanliness, assist with dressing rooms, and support custodial duties.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for Goodwill customers
• Assist customers with purchases and pricing if authorized
• Operate a computer-based POS system and handle cash with a balanced drawer
• Use basic math to ensure correct change
• Stock product on shelves and sales floor to stay fully stocked
• Attend to dressing rooms and return merchandise to the floor
• Meet attendance expectations for the position

• Other duties as assigned
