Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, inventory control, and daily operations. You will drive service standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing retail environment.

The role requires managing a 40+ employee team, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. 40-45 hours weekly; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail/customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review and communicate all SOPs; ensure changes are conveyed to employees.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
