Job summary

Coastal-Farm- in Albany, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, promote outstanding customer service, and maximize store sales and profitability.

The role oversees staff, merchandise, inventory, scheduling, and payroll budgets, while ensuring security and compliance with company policies; you will liaise with district managers and corporate offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser.
• Experience working in different departments of the store.
• Advanced knowledge of operating a POS system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales promotion activities and merchandise displays.
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate with staff.
• Supervise associates, manage inventories, reconcile cash, and maintain records.
• Discipline staff per company standards.
• Communicate with District Managers and corporate office.
• Plan and prepare staff schedules.
• Monitor and order merchandise from distribution center.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality among staff.
• Attend local events as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Open/close store and manage security duties.
• Manage payroll budget and fiscal responsibilities.
