Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years retail or sales management preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules within fiscal guidelines.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Supervises associates on sales, inventory receipt, cash handling.
• Models sales techniques and guides merchandise selections.
• Maintains a visually appealing store and proper housekeeping.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising techniques.
• Monitors performance and provides coaching to staff.
• Handles cash, price changes, and register accuracy.
• Manages inventory receipt, replenishment, and inventories.
• Oversees store operations and maintenance for safe, efficient work.
• Supports compliance, loss prevention policies, and training.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and development of associates.
