• Assist GM with HR, loss prevention, and policy adherence.
• Oversee cash handling and communications with finance.
• Coordinate facilities for safety of customers and staff.
• Help control expenses and drive profitability.
• Ensure brand and operating standards meet expectations.
• Ensure store presentation standards are maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service and support checkout processes.
• Handle claims as needed and maintain scheduling coverage.
