Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will help run a clean, customer-focused store under the direction of the Store Manager. This role includes supervising staff, merchandising, deposits, and paperwork to maximize profitability and protect assets.

You will lead customer service, manage cash handling and refunds, support scheduling and training, and ensure planograms and inventory accuracy. The position requires a dependable, detail-oriented leader who can work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, and security.
