Job summary

The role includes stocking, cashiering, training, scheduling, planograms and enforcing company policies. Strong communication, organization and basic math skills are required, with retail supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash control procedures.
• Assist with planograms and store presentation.
• Support store management in the manager's absence.
