Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley seeks a store operations supervisor to oversee daily activities, including loading/unloading, textiles processing, and quality control. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold company policies on housekeeping, safety, and security.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with managing budgeted sales and expenses to revenue.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently; handle cash, checks, receipts, returns, discounts, and card payments.
• Perform banking procedures, including reconciliation of daily statements and deposits.
• Train and supervise store employees in retail procedures.
• Display and model excellent customer service; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Handle stocking, display, inventory duties and merchandise orders; coordinate with transportation.
• Maintain flexibility to meet store needs; uphold dress code and professional standards.
