Job summary

TCC Wireless - IL Countryside - RSM - T-Mobile is seeking a Full Time Retail Store Manager in Countryside, IL. The RSM serves as the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, coaching a high-energy team to reach revenue goals while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, opening/closing, inventory, and achieving sales targets. Requirements: high school diploma, 2 years in wireless retail, legal work status in the US, and ability to work nights, weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
