Job summary

Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee a Cricket Wireless store. You will drive sales, customer experience, and store operations while leading a team to deliver key performance metrics across all areas.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to train staff on promotions and new products, with flexible hours including weekends. You’ll report to the district leadership and help grow the brand in a fast-expanding national team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and develop a high-performing store.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales opportunity.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure proper training on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete required store training.
