Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and drive store performance.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Provide product and promotion training to staff for confident selling.
