Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Westminster, MD is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail operations, lead a team, and maximize donations and sales. The role focuses on achieving daily, monthly, and yearly goals while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional donor and customer service.

The position includes people leadership over the Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants, with responsibility for payroll, costs, and program adherence.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income and production goals.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager and teams to deliver excellent donor/customer service.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures store is clean, well-kept and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
