You will lead store teams, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include managing cash handling, supervising staff, coordinating scheduling, training and onboarding, and working with District Director and Corporate Office on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and provide store level leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers, using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office if unresolved.
