Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability of one or more Check ‘N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations. You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, and drive customer service excellence across the district.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and cash handling with supervisory experience preferred, and a commitment to compliance and community service. You will travel within the district and work varied shifts as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid license/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, applications, sales, and collections calls.
• Handle currency and cash transactions; manage deposits and cash drawer.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly sign-offs.
• Coordinate operations and training to meet metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
