Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operation and profitability of one or more retail locations within the Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store brands. You will oversee site operations, sales, service, and team leadership to meet district targets.

You will manage cash handling, transactions, compliance, training, and scheduling while delivering strong customer experiences across the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, listening, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and meet their needs.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints using active listening.
• Escalate unresolved issues to District Director or Corporate Office.
• Handle cash, perform cash drawer counts, and deposits as needed.
• Process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with regulations and store procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Maintain schedules and coverage across district stores.
