CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive daily operations and profitability across one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations. You will lead sales, customer service, and staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer experiences while managing cash handling, training, and district-level collaboration. This is a full-time on-site position requiring reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must embrace company values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and present all suitable solutions.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve store metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and assist with district-wide store coverage.
