AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager-4 Flagship in Oklahoma City to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of sales consultants, and drive sales and service goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities, with paid training to build leadership skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
