Job summary

AT&T in Olathe, KS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and drive sales and service excellence. You'll work with the store manager on merchandising, launches and achieving targets while ensuring customers receive best-in-class AT&T services and experiences.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, lead promotional activities, and participate in training to enable leadership success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
