AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at the Moore, OK location. You will supervise merchandising, launches, and service quality while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and coordinate off-site promotions as needed. With strong communication and leadership, you’ll oversee staffing, training, and performance, ensuring the store meets objectives and maintains AT&T’s standards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store, from merchandising to product launches.
