Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably retail.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead store operations and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with SLT to implement action plans and drive results.
• Drive in-store selling through product knowledge and service quality.
