Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store growth. You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure store operations run smoothly to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead and support Store Manager tasks including Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute plans that improve results.
• Set floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
