Responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships by resolving escalations and using proven sales techniques.
• Ensure Spectrum brand standards and outstanding sales and customer care are delivered.
• Assess sales behaviors and product knowledge to drive improvements.
• Identify issues and develop strategies to enhance store performance.
• Provide SME on store functions, pricing, promotions and service features.
