Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach and empower your team to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You’ll manage daily store operations, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies. You’ll also supervise inventory and audits to minimize losses while reflecting Spectrum’s brand in a welcoming, organized store.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Sales/Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfort with personal technology and store software.
• Willingness to work overtime.
