Palm Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to accurately represent our brand, build and train sales teams, and increase both profits and customer satisfaction in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Starting pay is $16-$20 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with a comprehensive training program to prepare you for advancement. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to meet sales goals in a commission-driven environment and to develop a long-term career with our organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedule staff and follow up on work results.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store cleanliness, stock levels, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers to create loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Lead a positive, team-based work environment.
