Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control labor, cost of sales, and expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain reputation.
