Palm Beach Tan in Bellevue, NE is seeking outgoing leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams, and improve customer and employee satisfaction. Starting Pay $16-$20/hr plus commission and bonuses! You will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for a management role and contribute to store profitability.

The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-driven environment, is motivated to achieve sales goals, and seeks a long-term career with our organization.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Must stand, bend, and walk 7+ hours per day; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Mansioni

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives and ensure profitability.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and protect store reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, team-based environment and resolve customer concerns.
