Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to drive donations.
• Monitors inventory, payroll costs, and operating costs against budget.
• Ensures exceptional customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Trains and develops Team Members and oversees production staff.
