Qualifikationen

• One year of work experience in Retail Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Directs day-to-day store operations and leads the team.
• Provides mentoring and training to Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensures store is clean, well-kept, and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Oversees safety compliance and coordinates with divisions as needed.
• Manages complex sales transactions and returns.
• Transfers staff between stores as needed.
• Drives customer service excellence for donors and shoppers.
