Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient with retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
