Newell Brands' Yankee Candle division in Sunbury, OH seeks a 2nd Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving top-line sales. You will help recruit and develop a high-performing team, coach staff, maintain store appearance to brand standards, and implement selling strategies while ensuring safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
