Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for performance and mission effectiveness of the Exchange and assigned departments.
• Plan and direct operations to achieve sales and profit goals; monitor staffing and costs.
• Conduct meetings with associates to implement NEX programs and customer service.
• Prepare activity budget and manage funds within prescribed limits.
• Represent the activity at meetings and provide input on progress and goals.
