Wild Bill's Tobacco in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, inventory control and customer service excellence at our location. You will recruit and train employees, manage scheduling and sales goals, analyze performance data, and implement promotions to drive traffic and profitability.

The role requires 1–2 years of managerial experience, willingness to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years or older.
• Completion of high school degree.
• At least 1–2 years of previous manager experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays; 12 hour shifts may be required.
• Standing for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store employees.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise a team of retail employees; scheduling and performance management.
• Promote company policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify productivity improvements and implement changes.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure training for sales, service, and operations.
• Communicate priorities and sales drivers to staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure stock levels, inventory management, and product ordering.
