Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee one of our retail locations. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and handle store finances while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a passion for the tobacco industry, and the ability to drive sales, train employees, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision.
• Must be 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store employees on an ongoing basis.
• Create opportunities to develop team's product knowledge to be the expert.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise a team of retail employees, including scheduling and performance management.
• Promote company policies and procedures and ensure all employees comply.
• Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure training in sales, customer service, and operations.
