The ideal candidate has retail management experience and a passion for tobacco products, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of prior manager experience.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work 12‑hour shifts when required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train staff on an ongoing basis.
• Develop product knowledge within the team to be experts.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
