Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Perrysburg, Ohio seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage staff, control inventory and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience and a passion for the tobacco industry, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays and to oversee long shifts when needed. This is a full-time position aiming to elevate store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and operational targets.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays, and 12-hour shifts when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees.
• Manage inventory and ordering to keep shelves stocked.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotions to drive store traffic.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and banking.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and store safety compliance.
