Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and retain top talent.
• Lead and train store employees and develop product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through team development.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations daily.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
