You will coach staff, engage customers, and drive growth by managing inventory, merchandising, and financial performance across diverse merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools. You will hire and train team members, monitor KPIs, and promote a customer-first culture while ensuring compliance and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
