You will develop employees, manage inventory, oversee assets and compliance, and coach a diverse team across merchandise categories.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Retail, sales or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and employee development skills.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive improvements.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
