Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team.

You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive store profitability across diverse merchandise including jewelry and electronics. Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory control, cash handling, staff development, and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, keyholder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
