Wild Bills Tobacco Staffing LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our locations, lead staff, manage inventory and finances, and deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a passion for the tobacco industry, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining store standards. This role requires over 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff and scheduling in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math.
• Knowledge of inventory control and financial basics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and retain store staff.
• Motivate, coach, and train employees.
• Develop product knowledge and team selling.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and banking.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Analyze sales and financial data to make decisions.
• Open and close the store; work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service.
