Mobilelink is seeking a Restaurant? Retail Store Manager to drive sales, service, and customer experience at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure high standards of service while managing daily store operations in the Pittsburgh area.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, product launches, scheduling, and compliance with company policies. A strong emphasis on customer engagement and asset protection is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with basic PC operations, email, and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to drive performance across all areas.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, procedures, and reports.
• Respond to communications promptly and complete required training.
• Protect company assets at all times.
• May participate in outside events to drive brand awareness.
